Shipping Policy
Please allow one week for shipment fulfillment on In-Stock items. For custom pieces, please allow 6-8 weeks shipment fulfillment. Rush Orders can occasionally be accommodated. If would like a piece or set designed and sent over for an event or occasion, please email us for more information. Domestic shipping can be fully trackable and insured, which is highly recommended for all pieces.
We do accommodate international shipping. We can send you your pieces via FedEx with full tracking and insurance. Shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days depending on customs. It costs approximately $60-$250 depending on the value of the piece. The client is responsible for any related import fees or VAT taxes on jewelry sent out of the country. All Interational import fees are charged directly to the client with the piece enters customs. The amount of import tax varies by country/location. Please research your country for fees that may be charged by your country's customs.

Return & Exchange Policy
No Returns/Refunds, but we are happy to offer exchanges and in-store credit when necessary. This is due to the nature of the pieces being made in small-batches and custom. Items are eligible for exchange if they are sent back to us in their original condition and original packaging, no more than 14 days after item was shipped to client.
Exchanges are permitted for non-custom items only; Custom items are not eligible for refund nor exchange. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs (non-refundable) and insurance.
